We get there and we wait to be seated which just took a couple minutes. This is normal and what I would expect. The first room had a couple tables occupied and then several open tables. We were taken to the other side of the restaurant which only had one table with a person seated. That person was finished and left. There were a few other people that came in after us and they were all sat on the other side of the restaurant. I am not sure why we were basically secluded but it did put off a bad impression. The only thing I observed is once again we were in a restaurant as the only group on the younger side of age. The booth where we were seated and some tears in the seat that made it uncomfortable when sliding across. My menu was clean but one of the others in our party had sauce on it. The server was okay, he was kind of slow but that I am sure had a lot to do with the fact he had several tables on the other side of the restaurant that he had to attend to. Now to the food. The house bread was hard and was not hot, barely warm. Not anything I would serve a guest. On to the pizza. The pizza came out and looked good. The taste, not so much. There was supposed to be fresh garlic on the pizza which I was very excited about because that normally enhances the taste. However, there was about a tablespoon put on this entire pizza, in one spot, on one piece. It was horrible. As you can see by the picture it was very sloppily put together. Mushrooms were only supposed to be on half which came out correct but looked like getting out of habit may have affected the way it was put together. The entire pizza was also wet on the bottom which I am assuming it was from the grease but I am not 100% sure as it did not taste greasy. The pizza did have an off taste to the dough as well that I cannot really put my finger on. My husband and daughter said their spaghetti was great. So, I may return again, just not for pizza and will try one of their pasta dishes.
