I was so excited to try this place because of all the pictures and reviews, both good and bad I have seen on Facebook. Sadly, for me it did not live up to the hype. It was NOT terrible by any means but was not amazing. Let's start with the house rolls they bring out. Had I been blogging about rolls and not pizza the food quality would have been a 5. Those rolls were amazing. Never in my life have I had a roll covered with parmesan, garlic, and Italian dressing. It was amazing. I told my husband I wish I could just eat rolls for dinner. After those amazing rolls I was so excited for the pizza to come. However, when it did, my excitement was gone. I have seen so many pictures, since this restaurant is new, so I expected my pizza to be covered in lots of toppings. As you can see by the picture there are barely any green peppers and onions on the pizza. There was not much cheese either, it did not even cover the crust. The sausage seemed to be piled in certain areas. You would have one bite with a mound of sausage and then others without. The sauce tasted as if it was not seasoned much, almost as if it was just canned tomato sauce. The only thing that seemed to be evenly disbursed was the pepperoni. Another positive note, it was not greasy which was awesome. The crust that I could eat was good but the char taste around the edges was too much for me to handle. My son is a pizza lover just as much as me and only ate one piece if that says anything. The prices seemed high for what we got compared to other places I have been. Since this is only stop number seven I may be in for a surprise.

*This is our family opinion based on one dining experience and not a representation of this restaurant as a whole.
