Stop 3 I wish we would have skipped: Takis Greek Italian

When we got there we were immediately seated. The place had some other tables but was NOT packed by any means. 9 minutes later a woman came by and said she would be right with us. About 3 minutes later she comes back and gets our order. The drinks and garlic rolls came out in less than 2 minutes which to me indicates they are already made and sitting which would explain why they were warm but not hot. They were very bland, almost tasteless. The kids finished their garlic roll and drink. They sat there for 11 minutes with empty cups. Food took about another 30 minutes to come out. Looks can be deceiving as the pizza looked great. However, it was far from it. The pizza dough tasted like it was a frozen pizza. There was no freshness about it. The sauce had no seasoning/spices, was also bland. When the check finally came I paid and she brought back my slip but no pen. I had to get another server to get me a pen so I could sign it. I could not get a pic of the menu as the server took it and I was unable to get a new one to take a pic due to the lack of service received.

Some observations I noticed while dining:

1. When pizza was brought to any table they also brought plates, crushed red pepper, and parmesan. We did not get any of the above.

2. Our server seemed to visit her other tables quite frequently. We saw her only when she took our order, brought the food (which was when she refilled the kids drink after the wait), and brought the check. She did not visit in between that. My husband and I never received any refills on drinks and sat empty most of the time.

3.We were also the only people in that restaurant under the age of 60.

I am assuming that maybe they are used to their "older" customer base which is why we were not attended to as we would expect to be.

Due to the number of instances and poor quality of the food I will not return to this restaurant.
